Five young women join a training school to become voice actresses, each one with a different motive:
Momoko — wants to be a voice actress to meet her favourite voice actor, Ichinose Minato. Rinka — an armature voice actress, quiet and shy, she does not have a special reason to become a voice actress though. Yurika — likes anime a lot and wants to be recognised on magazine covers one day. Tsubasa — a girl in love, a tomboy preferring to take on the roles of boys instead of girls. Amane — could not find enough work as an actress and now tries to find another creative venue.
They manage to get over the difficulty of becoming voice actresses, but have as yet little experience on the job...
